John Hirsh’s Cambridge Motors is seeking a Master Level Auto Technician in Cambridge, MN. The role focuses on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle systems to dealership standards, with strong emphasis on accurate diagnostics and customer communication.

The position offers competitive hourly pay from $35 to $70, performance incentives, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a family‑oriented shop that has served the community for 70+ years.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow direction while working independently.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions.
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• ASE certifications are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, special service equipment and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems.
• Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications.
• Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication.
• Ensure warranty repairs meet all manufacturer specifications.
