Job summary

Luther Hudson Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Hudson, NY seeks a Master Level Auto Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles to dealership standards. You will use diagnostic tools and test drives to monitor systems and communicate with Service Advisors to ensure timely, accurate service.

Ideal candidates bring ASE credentials (preferred), strong time management, and the ability to handle long shifts in a busy shop environment. Great benefits and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong time management and attention to detail under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Capability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions, ASE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, special service equipment and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems
• Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
• Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication
• Ensure warranty repairs meet all manufacturer specifications
