Bigge Crane & Rigging Co.is seeking an experienced Master Hoist Technician to support our Houston operations and surrounding Gulf Coast service area. This senior-level position is responsible for performing advanced inspections, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and modifications of construction hoists and industrial elevator systems.
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled industrial electro-mechanical technician with extensive experience in 480V three-phase electrical systems, variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, industrial control systems, high-voltage AC motors, brakes, relays, breakers, and mechanical switches.
The Master Hoist Technician will serve as a technical resource for other technicians, provide guidance on complex repairs, assist with training and development, and help ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer and company standards. This position requires flexibility to travel throughout Texas and other locations based on operational needs.
