Serve as our resident plant expert, mentoring and sharing proper horticultural techniques with the wider maintenance team.
Interact professionally with clients on-site, answering questions and offering expert advice on their gardens.
Maintain and respect high-quality gardening tools (hand pruners, soil knives, diagnostic tools).
Follow all safety protocols, leaving every job site immaculate, clean, and hazard-free.

Qualifications

You hold a Master Gardener certification, a degree in Horticulture/Botany, or have equivalent professional fine gardening experience.
You have a deep understanding of plant identification, soil biology, pest/disease diagnosis, and proper pruning techniques (beyond just shearing).
You have a keen eye for detail and design—you see a garden's potential and know exactly how to bring it out.
You are reliable, self-motivated, and energized by working outdoors in all seasons.
You are physically capable of active, hands-on gardening work (kneeling, bending, lifting, and planting) all day.

What You’ll Be Doing
