Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS) in Lincoln, NE is seeking an experienced Master Fabricator Winder for the Alternate 12 Hour Weekend A Shift (Fri 6:30 am – 7:00 pm, Sun). This on-site role is based at our West Plant facility and focuses on winding, fabrication and finish of composite products for defense and aerospace applications.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1–2 years of winding experience preferred, working in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years winding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble and finish products per instructions, drawings and tooling.
• Set up and change over equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance duties.
• Move parts and materials between locations and maintain housekeeping.
• Perform general housekeeping and janitorial duties as assigned.
