Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking an Esthetician licensed in your state to join a caring team focused on delivering exceptional skin care and member experiences. Evening and weekend availability is required to support high-demand hours.

You will design progressive treatment plans, perform top-level services, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, professional spa environment.

Qualifications

• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
