Job summary

Massage Envy in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking a Master Esthetician to join our skincare-focused team. The role offers a competitive compensation range of $50k-$80k+ annually, with base pay plus gratuities and performance bonuses.

You will provide expert facial treatments, recommend home-care products, and contribute to memberships and service upgrades. Weekend availability, strong client relationships, and ongoing training are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician with current license in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and team.
• Ability to recommend products and treatments effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide a series of recommended treatments for clients.
• Suggest at least 3 home-care products to clients.
• Work at least 1 closing shift and 1 weekend shift.
• Assist in inventory and maintain clinic cleanliness.
• Maintain thorough notes and consult before sessions.
