Position Overview

The Master Esthetician will provide skincare consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform treatments such as clinical facials, extractions, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropenning.

What You’ll Do

• Provide client consultations, develop treatment plans, and perform treatments tailored to client needs
• Educate clients on treatment processes and post-treatment care
• Respond to customer inquiries and needs
• Stay updated with market trends and techniques
• Ensure client safety
• Promote retail products and services
• Maintain equipment and inventory
• Follow treatment protocols
• Build and maintain a client base
• Attend trainings and meetings
• Assist with other duties as needed
• Occasional travel to other locations for training

What You’ll Bring

• WA DC Master Esthetician license
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Existing clientele is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible
• Team player with initiative
• Proficient in email; social media experience a plus
• Availability for evenings and Saturdays

• Prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements

Pay Range

$20.00 - $36.00 per hour, based on experience and market factors
