Regional Transit Service (RTS) in Rochester is seeking a Master Electrician to maintain, repair, and install electrical distribution systems across RTS facilities. The role requires a valid Master Electrician (Three-Phase) license and a NYS CDL Class B permit before employment, plus a complete set of tools and a strong work ethic.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current Master Electrician (Three-Phase) license.
• Valid NYS driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Must possess a complete set of tools for the job.
• CDL Class B permit with passenger and air brake endorsements before employment.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical distribution systems and equipment.
• Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, motors, and other components.
• Inspect and identify hazards, code violations, and repair needs.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings; plan installations per codes.
• Perform general building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, and masonry.
