Job summary

D2B Groups is seeking an experienced Master Electrician in Great Falls, MT to lead electrical projects, supervise junior electricians, and ensure safety and quality compliance. You will mentor team members, plan and coordinate tasks, and liaise with clients and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring a valid Master Electrician license, 7+ years of experience including supervisory roles, and strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician license.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical work, including supervisory roles.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Effective communication skills to manage client and team relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and training.
• Plan and coordinate projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain thorough documentation of work performed and adhere to company policies.
