About the role:

CSI is seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to establish, lead, and grow our electrical department. This candidate will oversee our electrical projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing all electrical installations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Designing electrical systems, installing wiring and fixtures, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
  • Supervising journeymen, ensuring proper staffing, and monitoring quality.
  • Using tools to install and service electrical systems, documenting projects, providing cost and time estimates, and training apprentices.
  • Reading blueprints and schematics and adhering to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
  • Coordinating with project managers, interpreting blueprints, training electricians, implementing plans, and troubleshooting electrical issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to safety.
  • Proven work experience as a Master Electrician.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
  • Valid license to practice profession.
