Job summary

Qualifications

• MN licensed electrician with 5+ years in commercial/industrial facilities.
• Experience with automation, PLC, BMS, and related control systems.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code and NFPA-70E is necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and blueprints.
• Experience using a CMMS for work orders and maintenance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems per NEC and codes.
• Test, calibrate, and maintain electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Manage facility electrical projects and wiring modifications; file permits.
• Provide guidance to operators and inspect work for conformance.
• Maintain equipment records, schematics, and files in order.
