Summary:
The Maintenance Electrician Subject Matter Expert (MESME) provides maintenance and reliability services, focusing on executional excellence and asset health improvement for electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems. The MESME collaborates with plant teams, suppliers, and engineering to ensure critical assets are properly maintained, tracked, and optimized. The role involves managing work orders, mentoring technicians, and reporting on asset performance, all while ensuring safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The MESME must hold current electrical licensure and be available for scheduled and unscheduled work, including weekends and holidays.
