Job summary

CBRE is seeking a licensed Electrician in Temple, TX to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical and lighting systems in assigned facilities. You will perform installations, replacement of components, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe operation.

Applicants must have 3-4 years of experience, a Master Electrician license as required by local codes, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. Driver's license is required; proficiency with MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred.
• Master Electrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes. Valid Driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components like motors, switches, wiring.
• Review maintenance records to plan preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment.
