Job summary

HiFyve is seeking a Master Electrician for our manufacturing operation in Shakopee, MN. The role offers a day shift Monday through Friday with pay ranging from $45 to $46 per hour.

The Master Electrician will lead electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting across motors, control panels, and electrical systems, ensuring safe operations. The ideal candidate is licensed in Minnesota, able to read wiring diagrams and blueprints, and capable of planning and executing complex electrical

Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota State Licensed Master Electrician or State Certified Electrician.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret verbal instructions, drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to determine material needs and repair or installation methods.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, adjust, or replace faulty parts on motors, switches, control panels, generators, circuit breakers, and other electrical/electronic equipment within the plant.
• Plan and execute electrical work with knowledge of electrical principles, wiring codes, material properties, and equipment operation.
• Reassemble, test, and adjust equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Perform work on energized circuits as needed following safety protocols.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install conduit; install fittings, switches, controls, fixtures, and wiring.
• Connect electrical equipment for new installations, relocations, or temporary wiring for special operations.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks to support plant electrical needs.

Shift: M-F Day Shift 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm

Pay: $45-46/hr

Location: Shakopee, Minnesota

Job Duties and Responsibilities
