Hudson Group in Bethesda, Maryland, seeks a Master Data Specialist to support data integrity and manage article master files for the North America retail line. You will handle ticket queues, communicate with Commercial and Operations teams, and ensure successful data governance across systems.

The role requires 1 year of master data experience and SAP proficiency, with a potential path for growth within a team that values accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in master data management
• Bachelor’s degree or related program counts
• 1–3 years in Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail preferred
• Proficiency with SAP for Article Master Data governance and processes
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple activities

Responsibilities

• Maintain article master files and related activities for the retail line of business
• Process master data tickets, update progress and status for categories
• Communicate with requestors for clarifications
• Process ticket requests via HDCS submission and Vendor Portal
• Generate and load VIS files into SAP and troubleshoot errors
• Refresh Purchase Orders for updated costs as needed
• Create/edit/test promos in relevant systems and tools
• Maintain accuracy with high attention to detail
