Munters is seeking a Master Data Specialist (PMO) to support the Transformation Towards Operational Excellence program and implement IFS Cloud. You will ensure data quality, governance, and readiness for migration across regions and sites, collaborating with global teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to lead data governance initiatives while supporting cross-functional programs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in master data management, data quality, data governance, ERP implementation, or a related field.
• Understanding of how master data supports end-to-end business processes, particularly in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, standardization, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, challenge processes constructively, and drive progress without direct authority.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

• Master Data Quality & Governance: cleanse, validate, standardize, and maintain high-quality master data.
• ERP Transformation & Data Migration: support data preparation, cleansing, and validation for migration to IFS Cloud.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with global business stakeholders to collect, validate, and approve master data.
• Data Issue Management & Continuous Improvement: investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Compliance, Audit & Controls: maintain data integrity, traceability, and documentation.
