Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in Master Data Governance and ERP environments, preferably SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience managing master data in a transactional environment with strong data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate across planning, procurement, manufacturing and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations, balance workloads, monitor queues, and ensure service levels and data accuracy.
• Provide coaching and onboarding for new team members and users; escalate complex risks as needed.
• Oversee hands-on master data execution including materials, BOMs, routings, and new part setups.
• Maintain data governance with established procedures, naming conventions, and internal controls.
• Drive data quality through audits, reports, and routine checks with audit readiness support.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with planning, procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and finance.
