Danone is seeking a Master Data Associate Manager in White Plains, NY. You will maintain data integrity across enterprise systems, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive governance, quality, and process improvements in master data domains such as vendor, material, and customer data.

The role emphasizes data standards, audits, and reporting; hybrid work, competitive benefits, and a base salary range of $76,000 to $126,000 depending on experience and location.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions.
• Experience with Danone Master Data systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle).
• Experience supporting data governance, data quality, or business process improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Animate the process between DBS and Business Units to Create, maintain, modify, and validate master data records across multiple domains (Vendor, Material, Customer, BOM, P2P/SC data).
• Be the expert and champion of Master Data Processes for the BU.
• Conduct routine audits and quality reviews of master data; investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
• Serve as the first point of contact for master data inquiries and liaise with DBS Master Data teams; collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and IT.
• Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to data quality and operational performance.
