You will partner with MDM leadership and functional leaders to develop roadmaps, manage budgets, and prepare executive-level briefs while delivering measurable results. This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in data operations and governance.

The Master Data Management (MDM) Operations Manager will lead MDM strategy activities, aligning functional priorities across with enterprise objectives, with a direct understand of how Master Data creates value for 3M. This role will work closely with MDM leadership as well as 3M function leadership to assess needs, bring external best practices, identify strategic opportunities to drive value with Master Data, and help translate long-term goals into actionable plans for the Master Data Management discipline.

This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

The expected compensation range for this position is $164,612 - $201,193, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
