Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst to support data governance and ensure accuracy across major systems, including the Fund's Global Data Master.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor data quality, implement business rules, coordinate data cleansing, and drive timely completion of data requirements.

This is a full-time, hybrid role emphasizing communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry or a related role.
• Degree in finance, data management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a master data management role is a plus.
• Able to manage workload independently within a predetermined timeline and communicate quickly when an extension may be required.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams and follow up with stakeholders to drive completion.
• Critical attention to detail when reviewing and validating data.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role

iCapital is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst to support the growing needs around data management as well as expanding initiatives to enhance the customer experience of data systems. This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the data governance program, including ensuring teams are completing data requirements and maintaining data accuracy across critical systems.

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
