Overview

cBEYONData is seeking a Master Data Governance Architect to join our team in support of a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes master data transformation, transforming data requirements with subject matter experts, supporting and enforcing master data standards and master data governance processes, and creating, enriching, and changing master data. Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to source to target mapping.
• Support the profiling process with technical expertise and tool usage; build data profiling rules based on business rules collected by the data team.
• Familiar with Master Data Management (MDM) to support the implementation and optimization of MDM solutions to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the new Master Data Governance.
• Familiar with data modeling and the ability to read and understand data models to validate business data requirements.
• Support the Senior Master Data Governance Architect to develop and maintain comprehensive master data documentation and provide training to program teams on completed work and architecture best practices.

Requirements

• Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance required
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and influencing senior management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Experience supporting large-scale government ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, and/or PeopleSoft or similar integrated technology solutions)
• Experience supporting DoD clients (Army preferred)
• Must have SAP S/4HANA MDG solution knowledge/experience

Preferred

• Experience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience working remotely within a large project
• Familiarity with Agile principles and/or development projects
• Experience with federal financials and logistics data sets
• Supporting fielding operations for DoD clients
• SAP implementation experience preferred, ECC & SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with DoD data knowledge, Army data knowledge preferred
