Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of a global food retailer, is seeking a Business Transformation Program Manager to lead cross-functional workstreams within the ERP implementation. You will plan, govern, and deliver defined functional areas, manage scope, schedule, risks, and outcomes, and provide transparent updates to senior leaders.

This full-time role spans 5–7 years, with a hybrid schedule (3 in-person days at core locations such as Salisbury, NC; Carlisle, PA; Quincy, MA) and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
• Bachelor's degree in business, PM, operations, technology or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience supporting complex cross‑functional projects or programs.
• PMP Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Experience managing complex workstreams within large transformation initiatives or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of program management disciplines, including planning, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and status reporting.
• Experience operating within PMO or TMO governance structures, including stage‑gates and change control processes.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills with senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of assigned functional area within ERP roadmap.
• Develop detailed program plans, integrated schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Identify, manage, and elevate risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams.
• Apply PMO standards: status reporting, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, change control.
• Provide timely program status to Senior Program Manager and governance forums.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and system integrators.
• Monitor vendor/partner performance and surface issues early.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
