Russell Stover is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join a centralized team responsible for data governance across Material Master, Customer Master, BOM, and related records. You will partner with multiple units to ensure data harmonization and accuracy within the Lindt group framework.

The role emphasizes lifecycle management, data templates, and SAP interfaces support, with opportunities to impact planning, inventory, and pricing analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of master data experience in an ERP environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of master data records across Material Master, Customer Master, Supplier Master and BOM.
• Support product and material data governance activities and lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate data workflows with cross-functional partners (AP, AR, IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations).
• Maintain Master Data templates, SAP interfaces, and data management processes using Winshuttle.
• Monitor data workflow performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
