CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Material Master Data Specialist to ensure the accuracy and governance of SAP material records across procurement, manufacturing, inventory, sales and finance.
The role partners with local teams to onboard materials, maintain hierarchies, and resolve data quality issues, while adhering to governance standards. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office.

The Material Master Data Specialist is responsible for the creation, maintenance, governance, and quality of material master records within SAP and downstream sytems. This role ensures material data is accurate, complete, consistent, and compliant with established data governance standards to support procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, sales, and financial reporting processes.
A Shared Services Center (SSC) centralizes essential business processes, creating streamlined operations, cost efficiencies, and consistent quality. By consolidating areas such as finance, procurement, payroll, and reporting, SSC fosters innovation, supports strategic goals, and enhances organizational effectiveness.
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (required).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Material Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or SAP Master Data. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or similar ERP systems. Knowledge of material master structures and business processes. Experience with data analysis would be an advantage.
