Ace Handyman Services Oklahoma City North is hiring professional Master Carpenters, Handymen, and Craftsmen with multi-trade skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service. You’ll support homeowners and businesses across Oklahoma City, Arcadia, Cashion, Edmond, Guthrie, Jones and Piedmont. As part of our team, you'll work on a wide range of residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects throughout the Oklahoma City area. We schedule the work—you focus on delivering outstanding results.

The AHS Master Craftsman is the best Craftsman (master of the trade) our company has to offer to our clients. They have Lead Safe and certifications or licenses. They have been consistent over time in craftsmanship and in executing our system. They demonstrated ability as competent craftsman and leader. They can Diagnose, Assess, and Directs other craftsmen over the phone without being on the jobsite.
- C – Coach: Diagnose, Assess, and Direct other craftsmen over the phone
- O – Oversight: Oversees the execution of the AHS system in the field
- A – Application Expertise: Certified in the application of products such as WEDI, Onyx, Hale Pet Doors, and trained in LEAD Safe protocols, or have other licenses
- C – Crisis Response: Responds effectively and professionally to difficult situations
- H – Hero: Shows up with integrity, skill, and a commitment to helping customers when they need it most
- Competitive pay of $28-$35 per hour, based on experience
- Monday - Friday schedule (no weekend work)

- Complete each stage of our Service Path, from evening‑before calls through job completion
- Build trust through active listening
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction before leaving every job
- Perform a wide variety of residential and commercial repairs, maintenance, and small remodels to local and state code standards
- Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and flooring projects
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Install fixtures, doors, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry items
- Troubleshoot repair issues and determine the best solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and aesthetics in our customers’ homes
- Shop for materials when needed to complete the job
- Maintain accurate job documentation and complete work efficiently while upholding high quality standards
- Use ServiceTitan for estimates, invoices, photos, and job documentation
- Assist with scheduling adjustments and operational logistics
- Provide insights that help improve processes and customer experience
- Attend TEAM meetings and ongoing training
- Invest in the skill development of other TEAM members
- Lead others and make sure they are on task for larger-sized projects
- Study new trends and learn about new tools, bringing that knowledge back to the TEAM

- A self‑starter with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset
- Reliable truck or van (company vehicle may be provided)
- Own a standard set of professional and essential hand and powered tools
- Highly skilled across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, flooring, basic plumbing and basic electrical
- Experience estimating and leading projects and understanding common material costs
- Home inspection or estimating experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Leadership experience a plus
- Lead Safe and other certifications and/or licenses are desired
- Strong verbal communication; confident, professional, and empathetic
- Curious and customer‑focused, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent active listening with the ability to ask good questions, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions
- Comfortable learning new software and processes
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference verification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, climb, lift up to 50 lbs., work overhead, and safely operate tools
