Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group in Flint, Michigan is looking for a Supervisor of Master Control to lead a team of over 30 Master Control Operators. This role involves supervising the daily operations of the Media Operations Center and supporting live broadcasts for CBS/NBC stations.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Master Control operations and must possess strong technical writing skills along with expertise in troubleshooting and cloud automation technologies. Flexibility to work any shift in a 24/7 operation is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Master Control Operator or Technicians in Master Control.
• Experience with On Air Master Control Automation Systems.
• Experience in Switching Live Local News and Sporting Events is a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Media Operations Center.
• Support the team during Live Local News and Local/Network Sports Events.
• Prepare performance evaluations and participate in yearly reviews.
