Job summary

Youth Opportunity Investments is seeking a dedicated Key Control (Master Control Operator) to monitor facility access and supervise youth movement. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience with at‑risk youth or in a monitoring/control role in an institutional setting.
• Ability to think and act independently with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access and movement of youth.
• Manage entrance/exit of visitors and document visits.
• Authorize, monitor, and document youth movement.
• Monitor video systems and perimeter checks.
• Log staff entries and exits; notify supervisor of paperwork.
• Manage alarms (fence, fire, and security).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
