Position Overview: This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic broadcast operation with a global reach. Lilly Broadcasting distributes content across multiple platforms, including local, regional, and international channels. In this hybrid role, you will work hands‑on in both master control and engineering maintenance, playing a vital part in ensuring seamless signal distribution around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor broadcast systems to ensure consistent on‑air performance
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assist in managing signal flow for global content distribution

Schedule

• Five‑day workweek including Saturday and Sunday mornings (8‑hour shifts)
