Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• Generally 5+ years of experience in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to the IT group for Master Control.
• Install, maintain, and repair broadcasting components to ensure peak performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair broadcast and IT equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers on setup, upgrades, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Program and customize master control software functionality.
• Track and assist master control users with desktop computer and server issues.
• Support hub operation and monitor resolution to optimize performance.
• Overtime, holidays, and weekends may be required on short notice.
