Job description

Center for Plastic Surgery is seeking a Full-time Master Clinical Aesthetician to become part of the CPS Team! Our ideal candidate would be a Master Aesthetician with a passion for skincare & wellness while creating exceptional customer experiences. Must have experience working in clinical skincare settings alongside physicians. Preferably plastic surgeons.

Responsibilities:

• Passionate about creating an outstanding customer service experience for our patients.
• Self-Starter who brings knowledge of skincare treatments and products while delivering the highest level of care, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Consult with patient to determine appropriate treatment based on patient’s skin care needs, desires, and planned surgical procedures.
• Provide skincare treatments using equipment and products such as: HydraFacial, microneedling, laser treatments, chemical peels, extractions, waxing & skincare products
• Collaborate with physicians to provide before-and-after skincare regimens and education for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Work alongside the skincare team and physicians to expand the patient base.
• Deliver excellent patient care and follow up, creating an exceptional patient experience, and creating an ongoing referral source.
• Willingness to learn about and perform new skincare procedures & treatments.
• Work within the scope of the license, bringing new ideas & skincare products to the team.

Education & Experience:

• State licensure in Maryland.
• 3+ Years experience as Master Clinical Aesthetician working with clientele addressing skincare needs and making recommendations, including treatments and skin care regimen. Working in a clinic practice.
• Proficient in performing chemical peels, facials, extractions, waxing, microneedling and making skincare product recommendations.
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare product lines.
• Creating treatment plans for patients.
• Sales and Cross-Selling Experience
• Desire & creativity to market & expand services
• Ability to show proven results, encouraging patient retention and growth
• Plastic Surgery experience is a plus
