Job description

We're looking for Ford Certified Technicians to join our service team at Auffenberg Ford Belleville. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess Ford OEM Service Certifications and ASE level certifications, with 5 or more years of experience in diagnostics and repair of combustion engines, brakes, suspension, electrical, and other motor vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive vehicles including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed and provide estimates for repair times
• Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Ford Certified
• ASE certifications are preferred
• Strong automotive background
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Willing to submit to drug screening and background check
• Must have a valid and clean driver's license
