Qualifications
- Master Technician certification required.
- Previous dealership experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Ford dealership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to fixing vehicles right the first time.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of automotive systems.
- Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM equipment.
- Complete repairs efficiently and maintain quality.
- Test-drive vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document repair orders according to standards.
- Mentor junior technicians when needed.
