Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Michigan is seeking a Master Certified Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards. This role may involve pre-delivery checks on new vehicles and collaborating with a fast-paced team to deliver world class customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, post-secondary automotive training, dealer-level or large facility experience, and ASE certification; a valid driver's license and clean driving record are

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED completed.
Some post-secondary automotive training preferred.
Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis and testing.
Perform routine and high level repairs and service inspections without guidance.
Master Certified Tech maintains highest level of training possible.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
Ensure that required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
Help maintain shop appearance and safety standards and perform inventory stocking and general functions.
Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
