Robins & Morton is seeking a Carpenter to join our team on healthcare, hospitality, and other projects. This role focuses on quality, safety, and collaboration within our project teams.

You will contribute to constructing, repairing and maintaining structures using hand and power tools while reporting to a jobsite manager. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of carpentry experience, hospital construction exposure, and the ability to read construction documents.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ carpentry experience (including hanging & taping).
• Hospital construction experience preferred.
• 2–5 years' experience installing Building Specialties, Cabinets, Windows, Countertops and Commercial Doors, Frames & Hardware (DFH) and/or Division 10 items.
• NCCER Training/Certified preferred.
• Ability to read construction documents and build a specific task from provided documents.

Responsabilidades

• Take off material quantities accurately.
• Build square, level and plumb a specific project task using basic carpentry tools.
• Know how to build safety provisions, including scaffolding, ladders, railings and fall protection.
• Install interior finish items such as wall protection, doors, hardware, accessories and related items.
• Use various carpentry tools safely (saws, drills, torches).
• Identify and request PPE as needed before starting tasks.
• Operate basic equipment (forklift, back-hoe, skid steer, tractor).
• Cut and install interior/exterior wood and metal backing.
