Job summary

Silver Maple Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our Woodworks division in New Haven, Vermont. You will craft custom cabinetry from rough material through finish, in our shop and on-site, ensuring precise fit and high-quality results.

Applicants should have 5+ years of cabinet making experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong skills in joinery, finishing, and blueprint interpretation. A passion for craftsmanship and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of cabinet making experience.
High school diploma or GED or trade credential.
Proficiency in cabinet construction, joinery, assembly, and finishing.
Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
Strong problem-solving and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Craft custom cabinets to specifications using a full range of woodworking tools and techniques.
Install finished cabinetry in shop and on-site, ensuring level and plumb installations.
Apply finishes and maintain rigorous quality control at every stage of the build.
Collaborate with the Woodworks project manager, shop team, and site supervisors to meet design intent.
