The role reports to the Regional Master Black Belt and requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate improvements into budgeted gains. Site-based, travel up to 10% may be involved.

Qualifications

• BS in chemical engineering or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of industry experience with leadership growth.
• Ability to execute complex projects using data-driven methods.
• Capable to coach belts and translate improvements to financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operational Excellence Program using Lean-Six Sigma.
• Coach Yellow, Green, and Black Belt projects.
• Align productivity priorities with financial plans and division objectives.
• Translate process improvements into production specifications and standard work.
• Manage multiple projects and report to leadership.
• Travel up to 10%.
