You will mentor junior teammates, uphold high sanitation standards, and leverage MINDBODY to manage appointments and client records, ensuring an outstanding guest experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in barbering techniques and cosmetology principles.
• Experience using MINDBODY for scheduling and client communication.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold safety standards across services.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to perform hair threading, makeup application, nail care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional barbering services including haircutting, styling, beard trimming, straight razor shaves, and hair coloring.
• Perform advanced grooming treatments such as hair extensions and makeup application.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards per regulations and store policies.
• Use MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions.
• Upsell appropriate products and services based on client needs.
• Communicate with clients to ensure a positive experience from consultation to completion.
• Mentor junior staff by sharing techniques and providing feedback.
