Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
• Attention to detail.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and driving record in acceptable condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy per dealer and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts & Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and make recommended safety/reliability improvements.
• Document work performed on each vehicle and maintain tool inventory.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training classes.
