Berlin City Kia in Williston, VT is hiring skilled Service Technicians to service multiple brands with a focus on quality and safety. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, using modern tools and procedures to meet our high standards.

We offer competitive flat-rate pay starting at $28.00 per hour up to $52.50, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, relocation assistance, tool allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and favorable MVR.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality repairs on assigned repair orders.
• Conduct road tests to determine the work required.
• Advise the Service Manager of needed repairs and changes.
• Complete comprehensive documentation of repair activities.
• Stay updated with the latest technical data and procedures.
• Retain essential tools to complete repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and secure tools daily.
• Demonstrate company values in all interactions.
