Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical systems
• ASE Certification and Manufacturer Certification required
• Preferred dealership-level leadership or mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Lead as Shop Leader, mentoring junior technicians to foster growth
• Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and diesel systems
• Perform thorough multi-point inspections for comprehensive vehicle evaluations
• Provide accurate labor estimates to facilitate transparent customer service
• Complete precise documentation to maintain repair and diagnostics records
• Ensure repairs meet factory specifications and quality standards
