Join an established Rochester Hills shop serving the community since 1992, featuring a small, experienced team where your expertise truly matters. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to grow from A-Level Technician to Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or Technical Manager as the business expands.

• Health Benefits: Health insurance (employer pays 50%)
• Career Growth: ASE testing and certifications paid for by the shop
• Welcome Bonus: Signing / retention bonus of up to $5,000

What You'll Work On

You'll handle the type of work that requires real experience and diagnostic ability, focusing on quality over rushing cars through the shop:

• Complex repairs other technicians may not be equipped to handle
• General A-Level automotive repair when needed

You'll have the independence to diagnose vehicles properly and recommend the right repair every time.
