Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Rochester Hills is seeking an experienced automotive technician who can diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues with independence and accuracy. You will tackle advanced diagnostics, drivability, and transmission/engine repairs within a small, seasoned team that values quality over speed.

We offer $45-$55/hour, Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00, 80 PTO hours, 72 sick hours, 6 holidays, health coverage (employer pays 50%), plus ASE certifications paid by the shop and a clear growth path

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities.
• A-Level / Master-level mechanical skills.
• Transmission experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Your own professional tools.
• ASE certifications preferred, but proven ability matters more than certificates.

Responsibilities

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $45 - $55/hour with weekly pay

What You'll Work On

You'll have the independence to diagnose vehicles properly and recommend the right repair every time.
