Job summary

The shop emphasizes quality over rushing cars and offers a clear growth path from A-Level Technician to Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or Technical Manager as the business expands. The position features a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no Saturdays or Sundays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities.
• A-Level / Master-level mechanical skills.
• Transmission experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Your own professional tools.
• ASE certifications are preferred, but proven ability matters more than certificates.

• Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Drivability concerns.
• Transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement.
• Engine diagnosis and major mechanical repair.
• Complex repairs other technicians may not be equipped to handle.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $45 - $55/hour with weekly pay
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No Saturdays or Sundays)

What You'll Work On
