Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Master Technician in the United States to perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealership and factory standards, helping drive customer loyalty through reliable service.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, ASE and/or OEM Master Certification, and 7+ years of automotive experience, with a valid driver’s license. You will diagnose issues, conduct multi-point inspections, and document work while collaborating with Parts and Service Advisors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• ASE and/or OEM Master Certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Experience in automotive repair and customer service is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs upon customer authorization.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety and reliability improvements.
• Document work performed on each vehicle in the repair order and maintain necessary tools.
• Communicate regularly with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
