Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic / Service Technician – Master Technician for a full-time, high-pay role with bonus opportunities. The position offers paths to Master Technician and Shop Foreman, with access to advanced diagnostic tools and ongoing training.

Work with top dealerships across the U.S. and Canada to perform diagnostics, repairs, and warranty work on domestic, import, diesel, and electric vehicles. ASE training and advancement support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician, auto mechanic, service technician, or auto tech
• All experience levels accepted, including entry-level and master technicians
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
• Personal tools required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• ASE certification training and support available

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repair and maintenance on engines, brakes, suspension, and drivability systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Handle warranty and recall repairs and dealership service work
• Maintain high-quality standards as a technician
