Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic / Service Technician with potential to advance to Master Technician. This role offers top pay and opportunities to work with top-paying dealerships across the U.S. and Canada.

We partner with shops offering signing bonuses, paid training including EV and diagnostic training, ASE certification support, and a clear path to Master Technician and Shop Foreman roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician or auto mechanic, service technician, or auto tech.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• All experience levels considered, including entry-level and master technicians.
• ASE certification in engine repair, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, HVAC, and engine performance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repair and maintenance on engines, brakes, suspension, and drivability systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Handle warranty repairs, recall repairs, and dealership service work.
• Maintain high-quality standards as an automotive technician or service technician.
