LAcarGUY Kia Santa Monica is seeking a Master Automotive Technician with a minimum of 3 years Kia experience to join a high-volume shop. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to dealership standards, document all work, and support the service team for a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Kia dealership experience as a Master Technician.
• ASE and other manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• High-producing, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns.
• Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards.
• Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow.
• Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise.
