Qualifications

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong health and safety compliance knowledge.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to CarMax quality standards.
• Collaborate with a team to solve technical challenges quickly.
• Gain hands-on experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow EH&S requirements.
• Contribute to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
