CarMax is seeking a Mechanical Associate to inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles, from engines to suspension, in a climate-controlled, modern facility.

You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and customer trust, with ongoing training and advancement opportunities. The role emphasizes hands-on learning across both domestic and foreign vehicles and requires ASE certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing engines, steering, brakes, and HVAC as required.
• Strong health and safety compliance knowledge.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Effective multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certifications preferred where required.
